Background
ANNAJ FOODTRUCK initially started selling
fried bananas as a commencement of business but it did not last long because of
the lack of customers. However, the owner of ANNAJ FOODTRUCK with his companion
began to think about selling kebabs in a beautiful iron garden for a while and
moving to the street and Eventually the trial of ANNAJ FOOD TRUCK manager
proved to be successful until Successfully opened another 2 places in one of
the independent squares, Seremban while participating in the event organized by
the parties.
Business hours are from 5.00 pm to 1.00 am
on weekends and from 5.00 pm to 12.00 pm on weekdays.

According to the store manager, how to get
the idea of selling kebabs is after seeing some stalls selling kebabs after the
first business of banana fries is not getting encouraging response. The main
menu of Annaj food truck is a kebab alongside some other menu like meat ball and
fried, big ribbons, tottilla and so on.

In our opinion about Annajfood truck are the foods are delicious and the quality of its food makes customers return to visit this
food truck. In addition, its reasonable food prices are among the drawbacks for
customers to buy their items. That their food products are tailored to all ages
and the diversity of existing menus allows customers to make choices.

Food truck HAUSLAH are started in the last year which is 2016. Before starting this food truck, the owner is a full time banker in one of the local banks in Malaysia. The beginning of this foodtruck, boosts with an interest in which the owner always join many type of events as a part timer for 3 years. The owner and her husband agreed to make a full time food truck businesses. The owner choose to create a juice/drinks business because the owner was a fruit seller and also sell fruit dessert and 'Rojak Buah'. Fruit is one of the passion for the owner. She is also expert in fruits. The owner conduct a R & D with her husband and agree to sell fresh juices instead of food.

WHAT MAKE SHOP SPECIAL ATTRACTIVE
The design of the food truck is beautiful and enough to catch people attention with the color red painted on the truck. Moreover, the food truck has a mascot outside the shop which makes in attrative which is a cardboard of Avocado. It is very sure that the owner love Avocado so much.
We also took a photo with the 'Avocado' too.
Moreover, the Hauslah food truck display various of fruits to the customers.

The two drinks are very special because the
owner make the recipe on her own since she loves Avocado and Mango so much. Since most of her
customer know the signature drinks, everyone want to taste it and it REALLY
delicious.
In our opinion about HAUSLAH food truck is the uniqueness of fruit
juices sold with unique names. besides that, the different and unique juices
taste the attractiveness of food truck thirst for the public. In addition, the
delicious juices are produced, and the quality of fruits consumed.
